Our accredited Integrated Management System (IMS) is developed to meet the ISO45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety); ISO14001:2015 (Environmental); and ISO9001:2015 (Quality) Standards. The processes and procedures within our IMS ensure that project delivery is on time; on budget; and to the necessary standards that meet our client and regulatory expectations.
We are also proud to hold “All Risk” insurance with professional indemnity insurance to €5 million. To ensure that our sites are kept as safe as possible, we retain third party independent safety officers to both monitor and enforce best practice measures.
Aidan began his career in senior site roles with a main contractor in Ireland, following his graduation with a BSc in Construction Project Management. In 2009, he established Amhola, a group development company in London where he built a pipeline of development projects in London, Denmark and Poland and nurtured ongoing client relationships for refurbishment and renovations projects. In 2018, he established AXIS to enter the market in Ireland, and since then has built up an impressive reputation in the residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial sectors.
John has been working at a high level in the construction industry since 2002, gaining valuable experience on a wide range of complex projects in Ireland, Australia, UK and Denmark – giving him a unique perspective into construction techniques, innovations and challenges in vastly different environments. Over these years, he has built up a strong reputation as a “can do” manager who always delivers projects to the highest quality, on time and within budget. His meticulous attention to detail and finishes has earned him the respect of everyone in the industry.
The holder of a BSc in Construction Economics and a BSc in Project Management, John has an enviable reputation for excellence in the construction industry. He has worked at Director Level for over 15 years, covering a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects both in Ireland and abroad. Throughout his career, he has built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of building projects, from site acquisition through to project completion. His reputation for delivering high-quality projects within the most cost- and time-efficient methods possible, as well as his excellent management, planning, organisational and negotiation strengths, is unsurpassed in the industry.
