Commercial

We cover all aspects of new-build and fit-out refurbishment, from office fit-out to internal and external refurbishment, and consistently deliver a cost and time efficient service that surpasses the expectations of our clients – leading to long-term and mutually beneficial commercial relationships. Recently we completed a full-office refurbishment at Údarás na Gaeltachta in Co Donegal.

Hotels

In addition to offices, we are delighted to offer a high-quality hotel refurbishment service, with a firm grasp of the needs of the business both during the project and afterwards. We completed a rolling refurbishment of a high-profile 124-bedroom hotel at Copenhagen Go-Hotel, located at Copenhagen Airport; our latest project is a brand-new 148-bedroom hotel on James Street in Dublin.
